Pavle graduated from the Tbilisi State University the faculty of physics in 1994, and the post graduate course.
Since 2007- Student at Doctoral School of Ilia State University.
Since 1997 has been acting in non-governmental sphere.
From 1998 participated in different training courses. In 1999-2005 participated in CTC trainings. The education received on this and other trainings he used in the "Rustavi Parents and Teachers Association" founded by him and the other professional trainers (Since 2005 the organization has been called "SIQA"- the Georgian Association of Educational Initiatives).
Having attitudes with few donor organizations he wrote and made different granted projects.
The training- programs about professional development, civil education and the management of non-governmental organizations he covered in the USA and the European countries.
Worked as a manager, trainer and consultant in such spheres as:
- Educational system (management/professional development);
- Human Rights Education;
- Informational-Communication Technologies;
- Community mobilization.
Trainer since 1998;
Has experience to collaboration with GIZ, USAID, UNFPA, UNICEF, CARE, MERCYCORPS, Millennium Challenge Georgia, EU programs.
He was Trainer and consultant of GFA Consulting Group in 2016 – 2018.
He was Trainer and consultant of IBF International Consulting SA, in 2016 – 2018.
He create big list of modules for trainers for international and national organizations. Worked with non-governmental, business and governmental organizations like Teachers Professional Development Center, 112.ge, DVV International, CENN, etc.
He is a certified trainer for CISV International and POINT (European Network of Trainers under the Czech Fundraising Center).
Certified Trainer in Do No Harm Methodology for AID organizations by CARE International;
Trained in Do No Harm Methodology by support of EED and HEKS-EPPER.
Was prized with "the Thanks Order of President of Georgia" as the Coordinator of Rustavi centre, for the important share in the first national exams (Order #739, the 22 Th of September, 2005).
